To continuously deepen the comprehensive reform of real estate registration in Chongqing and provide better services for individuals and businesses, the relevant matters concerning the update time of cadastral maps are hereby notified as follows:
After the items of real estate registration applied for are reviewed and recorded in the register book, the result of cadastral survey shall be included in the real estate registration database together with the registered items, so as to ensure the real-time update of the registered cadastral maps (parcel maps and floor plans). The update time limit shall not exceed one working day.
